AUCTION: Sale of Trees at RHC Building and Rural Health Center, Samundri

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Executive Engineer Building Division Samundri invites interested parties to participate in a public auction for the sale of trees located at two government sites in Samundri. The auction will be held on 01-09-2026, and all eligible bidders are encouraged to attend in person at the specified location. This is an excellent opportunity for timber merchants, wood traders, and local contractors to acquire mature trees through a transparent process. Items being auctioned: - 15 trees (2 Shisham, 13 Sufeda) at RHC Building, Samundri (Estimated volume: 474.00 cubic feet) - 11 trees (11 Toon) at Rural Health Center, Samundri (Estimated volume: 315 cubic feet) The trees are standing and will be sold as-is, where-is. Bidders are advised to inspect the trees on-site before the auction date to assess quality and volume. The successful bidder must deposit 25 percent of the bid amount immediately after the auction as earnest money. To participate, each bidder must submit a refundable security deposit of PKR 500,000 in the form of a pay order. The remaining balance must be paid as per the terms set by the department. All government taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the successful bidder. Any damage to government property during tree removal will be the liability of the purchaser. The auction will commence at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer Building Division Samundri. For a smooth process, ensure all required documents and earnest money are ready before arrival.
