AUCTION: Sale of Vehicles, Scrap of Vehicles and Other Scrapped Items

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Rahnuma Family Planning Association of Pakistan invites bids for the sale of vehicles, scrap of vehicles, and other miscellaneous scrapped items on an 'As Is, Where Is' basis in Lahore. Items being auctioned include: - Suzuki APV Model 2014 (Registration No. LBC-14-4307) - Mercedes Van Model 2002 (Registration No. LRC-4334) - Scrap of Toyota Hilux - Scrap of Toyota Land Cruisers - Scrap of Suzuki Potohar Jeep - Other miscellaneous scrapped items Bidding documents are available from the Cashier Counter at Rahnuma FPAP, 3-A Temple Road Lahore. Offers are valid for 60 days and must be accompanied by a 10% bid security in the form of a bank draft/pay order. Vehicles and items can be inspected at the office during working days from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The sealed bid documents must be submitted to the Director Administration at the same address by 2:00 p.m. on 28th October 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 p.m. Rahnuma FPAP reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. This auction provides an opportunity for interested bidders to acquire vehicles and scrap materials from a reputable NGO in Lahore.
