AUCTION: TMA Safdarabad Annual Collection Rights for Cattle Market, Bus Stand, and Slaughterhouse 2026-27

Tehsil Municipal Administration Safdarabad invites bids through E-Auction for the annual collection rights of various municipal revenue points for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted online via the Punjab Local Government E-Auction System. Interested parties are encouraged to participate for the following collection rights: Items being auctioned: - Annual collection rights for Cattle Market (Maweshi Mandi) Safdarabad for 2026-27 (Reserve Price: 300,000 PKR) - Annual collection rights for Bus Stand Safdarabad (Reserve Price: 60,000 PKR) - Annual collection rights for Slaughterhouse Safdarabad (Reserve Price: 40,000 PKR) The technical scope includes the right to collect fees and charges from the respective sites for the entire financial year. The successful bidder will be responsible for compliance with all municipal regulations and timely deposit of the bid amount. Bidders must submit a CDR/pay order equivalent to 5% of the reserve price as earnest money. Only those registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. The auction will be held online at http://eauction.lgkp.gov.pk, and bids must be submitted by 27 May 2026, 4:00 PM. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 4:00 PM in the office of the Administrator, TMA Safdarabad.
