AUCTION: Sand Gravel and Other Minerals Collection Rights 2025 District Quetta

The Mines and Minerals Department Balochistan is inviting sealed offers for the auction of collection rights for Sand Gravel and Other Minerals for the year 2025 in District Quetta. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the rights to collect and extract sand, gravel, and other minerals from designated sites within the district. The department has set a reserve price of PKR 2,500,000 for these rights, and the successful bidder will be granted exclusive collection privileges for the specified period. Items being auctioned: - Collection rights for Sand Gravel and Other Minerals (District Quetta), reserve price PKR 2,500,000 The technical scope includes the extraction and collection of sand, gravel, and associated minerals from approved locations as per the terms and conditions outlined by the department. Bidders must ensure compliance with all environmental and regulatory requirements during the tenure of the contract. The auction is open to individuals, firms, and companies registered with the relevant authorities. Participants must submit earnest money equivalent to 10% of the reserve price in the form of a CDR or pay order along with their sealed offer. Only those on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Sealed offers must be submitted to the office of the Director General Mines and Minerals Balochistan, Quetta, by the closing date of 24-09-2026. Late submissions will not be entertained. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any reason.
