AUCTION: School Transport Fleet and Canteen Contracts at Jinnah Public School & College Hafiz Hayat Gujrat

Jinnah Public School & College Hafiz Hayat Gujrat is inviting sealed bids for the public auction of its school transport fleet contract and canteen contracts for the upcoming academic year. This opportunity is open to interested parties who wish to operate the school's transport services or manage the canteen facilities, both of which serve a large student body and staff in Gujrat. Items being auctioned: - School Transport Contract: 10 Buses fleet (each bus must have a minimum seating capacity of 40 seats and must be in the national colour scheme with necessary permits) - Canteens: For Pre-Junior / Junior Block / Sub-Senior Block / Senior Block / College Block (Total Students ~3,500). Minimum Annual Bid: PKR 2,000,000 (2 Million only) The technical scope for the transport contract requires bidders to provide a fleet of 10 buses, each compliant with the minimum seating and regulatory requirements. For the canteen contracts, bidders will be responsible for catering to approximately 3,500 students across multiple blocks, ensuring quality and hygiene standards as per school policy. Eligibility criteria include submission of a bid security equal to 5 percent of the total bid amount in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee, which is refundable to unsuccessful bidders. Tender forms can be obtained from the school office upon payment of PKR 10,000 (non-refundable) in cash. Contracts will be awarded for one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and approval by the Board of Governors. Bidders must ensure all documentation is complete and submitted to the Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Gujrat, Deputy Commissioner Complex, Gujrat Room No. 05 by 15 August, 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM.
