AUCTION: Used Scientific Equipment, Air Conditioners, Compressor Gas Cylinders, Computers, Electrical Items, Furniture, Telephone Sets, Tools, Iron Scrap, Rubber Scrap and Plastic Scrap (02 Lots)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Institute for Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering (NIBGE), Faisalabad, is conducting an auction for a large number of used items and scrap materials on an 'AS IS WHERE BASIS'. This auction presents an opportunity for interested parties to acquire surplus scientific and office equipment, as well as various types of scrap, directly from a reputable federal research institute. Items being auctioned: - Used Scientific Equipment - Air Conditioners - Compressor Gas Cylinders - Computers - Electrical Items - General Non-Consumable Items - Furniture Items - Telephone Sets - Electrical and Mechanical Tools - Iron Scrap - Rubber Scrap - Plastic Scrap The auction consists of 02 lots, and the highest bidder for the total lot will be accepted. All items can be inspected at NIBGE on any working day between 0900 AM and 01:00 PM, except Saturday and Sunday, after depositing a non-refundable tender/token fee of Rs.1000. Bidders are required to deposit 1/4th of the total bid amount as CDR or cash in favour of Head LAO, NIBGE, at the time of bidding. The remaining 3/4th, along with advance tax (10% for filers, 20% for non-filers), must be paid upon successful bid confirmation. Failure to comply with payment or codal formalities will result in forfeiture of 25% of the deposited security/earnest money. The auction will be held at NIBGE, Jhang Road, Faisalabad, at 11:00 AM on 19.08.2026. Only those with original CNIC and token will be allowed entry for inspection and participation. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Tip: Ensure your CDR and advance tax arrangements are ready in advance, as delays in payment or documentation can lead to forfeiture of your earnest money and loss of awarded lots.
