AUCTION: Scrap and Condemned/Unserviceable Store Items at Nishtar Hall Peshawar

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority is inviting sealed bids and public participation for the auction of scrap and condemned/unserviceable store items lying in the store of Nishtar Hall, Peshawar, on an as-is, where-is basis. Items being auctioned include scrap and condemned/unserviceable store items located at Nishtar Hall. The auction will be held on 11th November 2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority, Nishtar Hall, Peshawar. Interested parties may inspect the items during office hours on 9th and 10th November 2026 before participating. Interested bidders must be active on the active taxpayer list. For participation, bidders must bring their original CNIC along with one photocopy. The successful bidder shall deposit 25% of the bid amount on the spot. The remaining amount must be deposited immediately, and the scrap items removed from the premises within two days, failing which the 25% deposited amount shall be forfeited. Rates are inclusive of all applicable government taxes including GST, Income Tax, and other levies. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals prior to acceptance as per KP Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the items and ensure timely deposit and removal of auctioned goods to avoid forfeiture. Early preparation of bid security and CNIC copies will facilitate smooth participation.
