AUCTION: Scrap and Condemned/Unserviceable Store Items at Nishtar Hall Peshawar

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority invites sealed bids and public participation for the auction of scrap and condemned/unserviceable store items lying in the store of Nishtar Hall, Peshawar, on an as-is, where-is basis. Items being auctioned include scrap and condemned/unserviceable store items currently stored at Nishtar Hall. The auction will be held at the office of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority, Nishtar Hall, Peshawar. Interested bidders must be active on the active taxpayer list and bring their original CNIC along with one photocopy for participation. The successful bidder shall deposit 25% of the bid amount on the spot and the remaining amount immediately after. The scrap items must be removed from the premises within two days, failing which the 25% deposited amount shall be forfeited. Inspection of the items is allowed during office hours on 9th and 10th November 2026. Rates must include all applicable government taxes including GST, Income Tax, and other levies. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA Rules 2014. This auction is a valuable opportunity for bidders interested in scrap materials in Peshawar.
