Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
L.T. Engineering & Trade Services Pvt. Ltd. in Rawalpindi is conducting a public auction for the disposal of various scrap materials. This auction presents an opportunity for interested buyers to acquire a diverse range of scrap items, suitable for recycling or resale. The auction will be held at the company premises, and all items are available for inspection prior to bidding.
Items being auctioned:
- Iron scrap (90 tons)
- Aluminum scrap (522 kg)
- Copper scrap (236 kg)
- Brass scrap (2,500 kg)
- Gauges (36 units)
- Battery scrap (285 units)
- Old/used air conditioners (11 units, split and window types)
- Miscellaneous scrap (260 kg)
- Miscellaneous scrap (1,010 kg)
- Miscellaneous scrap (42 kg)
- Miscellaneous scrap (104 kg, including old/used office equipment and furniture)
All items are sold on an as-is-where-is basis. The technical scope includes a wide variety of metals and equipment, with quantities and types clearly listed above. Interested parties must deposit an earnest money of PKR 50,000 via pay order in the name of L.T. Engineering & Trade Services Pvt. Ltd. (NTN# 1544972-6) to participate in the auction. The successful bidder will be required to pay all applicable taxes and complete the removal of auctioned items within the stipulated time frame.
The auction will be held on 10 October 2026, and bids must be submitted in person at the company's Rawalpindi office. For eligibility, bidders should ensure they have valid identification and the required earnest money. It is advisable to inspect the items beforehand to assess their condition and value. A practical tip: bring your own transport and labor on auction day to expedite the removal process if you win a lot, as delays may incur penalties or forfeiture of earnest money.
