AUCTION: Public Auction of Scrap, Obsolete, Redundant and Unserviceable Items

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) is conducting a public auction for scrap, obsolete, redundant, and unserviceable items located at the PRCS Karachi Warehouse. The auction is on an AS IS - WHERE IS basis, with no warranty or guarantee regarding condition, quality, or fitness for use, which bidders must verify through physical inspection. Items being auctioned include scrap, obsolete, redundant, and unserviceable materials stored at the Karachi warehouse. Specific item details and inspection schedules are available upon request. Interested bidders such as individuals, firms, and dealers are invited to participate. Auction documents, including detailed item lists and submission requirements, can be obtained from the PRCS Procurement Department by submitting a written request along with a non-refundable Auction Document Fee of PKR 2,000 payable via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Red Crescent Society, NHQ Islamabad. Requests can also be sent electronically by attaching the payment proof to procurement@prcs.org.pk. Key dates include collection from 10-10-2026 to 16-10-2026 between 09:30 AM and 02:30 PM, submission deadline on 16-10-2026 till 03:00 PM, and bid opening on 16-10-2026 at 04:00 PM onwards. Bidders should ensure timely submission of sealed bids/offers and carefully review auction documents to comply with all requirements. Physical inspection is highly recommended to assess item conditions before bidding.
