Auction of Urban and Land Assets by Asset Management Authority of Punjab

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Asset Management Authority of Punjab (AMAP) invites bids through an open competitive auction for the sale of various urban and land assets located primarily in Bahawalpur and Rawalpindi divisions. The auction is conducted digitally and competitively from 12 October 2026 to 04 November 2026, with the closing date and time fixed at 04 November 2026, 11:59 PM PST. The assets are offered on an 'as is, where is' basis in accordance with the Asset Management Authority of the Punjab Act, 2026. Earnest money is 10% of the reserve price for each asset and must be deposited by pay order, banker's cheque, demand draft in favor of Asset Management Authority Punjab. The highest bid will remain valid, intact, binding, and irrevocable for 90 days from the auction date. AMAP reserves the right to accept or reject any extension request or bid. Bidders must be legally eligible to participate and foreign or non-resident bidders may participate only to the extent permitted by applicable laws. No bid below the reserve price will be accepted.
