AUCTION: Scrap, Iron Scrap, Plastic Scrap, and Old Furniture at Ghazi University Dera Ghazi Khan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Ghazi University Dera Ghazi Khan invites the general public and interested parties to participate in an open auction of various scrap items and old furniture. The auction will be held at the main campus of Ghazi University Dera Ghazi Khan on Monday, 7 September 2026 at 10:00 AM. This is an excellent opportunity for bidders to acquire a range of surplus and unserviceable items from the university's inventory. Items being auctioned: - Old fans (with or without copper wire) (1(a)), total reserve price: Rs. 4,800 - Old batteries (1(b)), total reserve price: Rs. 10,120 - Iron scrap (2(a)), total reserve price: Rs. 2,000 - Plastic scrap (2(b)), total reserve price: Rs. 10,000 - Old wooden and plastic furniture (3(a)), total reserve price: Rs. 8,400 - Old wooden and plastic furniture (other than university property) (3(b)), total reserve price: Rs. 7,000 - Miscellaneous items (4), total reserve price: Rs. 2,660 All items will be available for inspection at the university premises prior to the auction. Interested bidders are required to deposit earnest money (call deposit) equal to one-fourth of the total bid amount in the name of Ghazi University Dera Ghazi Khan before the auction begins. The successful bidders must pay the full amount and remove the auctioned items within the stipulated time frame. In case the auction is not completed on the first attempt, a second auction will be held on 8 September 2026, and if necessary, a third on 9 September 2026.
