AUCTION: Unserviceable Scrap Items at University of Education Lahore Multan Campus

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The University of Education Lahore, Multan Campus, is conducting an open auction for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap items currently present at the campus. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire various categories of scrap, including but not limited to old furniture, broken chairs, tables, non-functional equipment, and other unusable materials. The auction will be held on 20-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Multan Campus premises. Items being auctioned: - Unserviceable furniture (chairs, tables, desks) - Non-functional office equipment - Scrap materials (metal, wood, miscellaneous) - Any other unusable items as available at the time of auction All items will be sold on an as-is-where-is basis. Interested bidders are required to deposit a refundable participation fee of 1000 PKR in the designated account (HBL Payment Fund: 12047901276901 or Uni of Edu Payment Fund) prior to the auction. The successful bidder must deposit 10,000 PKR as earnest money (CDR/Pay Order) within four working days of the auction. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the participation fee. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Legal action will be taken against any attempt to disrupt the auction process. Bidders are advised to inspect the items physically before the auction date to assess their condition. The auction will be conducted strictly according to the terms and conditions set by the University of Education Lahore, Multan Campus. For a better chance of success, ensure all required documents and deposits are prepared in advance and clarify any queries with the campus administration before the auction day.
