Auction of Scrap/Used/Un-used Material at Agritech Limited SSP Plant

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Agritech Limited invites sealed tenders/bids for the sale and disposal of miscellaneous scrap, used, and un-used material at its SSP Plant located in Haripur. The materials can be inspected at Agritech Limited premises, formerly Hazara Phosphate Fertilizers Limited, situated on Hattar Road, District Haripur, from 19th October 2026 to 26th October 2026 during working days Monday to Thursday between 0800 and 1130 hours in the presence of Agritech representatives. Items being auctioned include scrap, used, and un-used materials as per the bid form serial numbers 1 to 32. Specific item details are available in the tender documents. Tender documents and bid forms are available upon payment of Rs. 5,000 each (non-refundable) at the office of the cashier at Agritech Limited Plant Site, SSP Plant, Hattar Road, Haripur, and also at the Accounts Department, Agritech Limited Head Office, Askari Corporate Tower, 4th Floor, 75-76 Block D1, Main Boulevard Gulberg III, Lahore. Offers must be submitted by mail courier or by hand in sealed covers addressed to the Chairman Scrap Auction Committee, Agritech Limited, Head Office, Askari Corporate Tower, 4th Floor, 75-76 Block D1, Main Boulevard Gulberg III, Lahore. The deadline for submission is 28th October 2026 at 1400 hours. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1430 hours at Agritech Limited Head Office Lahore by the Disposal Committee. Bidders should ensure timely submission and proper sealing of their bids. Earnest money or bid security details are as per tender documents. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
