AUCTION: Seized Perishable Goods at Custom House Quetta

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Custom House, Quetta, announces an open auction of seized perishable goods. The auction will be held on 07.08.2026 at 11:00 AM at the Custom House, Quetta. The auctioneer for this event is M/S Business Line Indicators, Quetta. Items being auctioned: - Seized Perishable Goods This auction is conducted under the provisions of the Customs Act, 1969, and the Customs Rules 2001. Interested bidders must deposit a refundable call deposit of Rs. 25,000 in favor of the Collector, Model Customs Collectorate, Quetta before participating. The successful bidder is required to pay 25% of the bid amount on the spot, with the remaining 75% to be deposited within 7 days of the display of the approved lots list on the Notice Board. Only NTN holders are eligible and must deposit 10% of the bid amount as advance Income Tax separately. The confiscated goods can be inspected during office hours at the specified location. The Collector reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. If the auction is not completed within the stipulated period, it may continue the next day until finalization. On the auction day, participants must bring their original Computerized National Identity Card. Bidders may also send their highest sealed bid mentioning the lot number along with a copy of CNIC and earnest money in the form of a Bank Pay Order, which will be opened in front of all parties at the auction time.
