AUCTION: Rights to Collect Shop Face Board and Fascia Fees, Cantonment Board Sargodha 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Sargodha invites bids for the auction of rights to collect fees from shop face boards and fascia boards (including electric/neon sign boards, panaflex boards, wall panels/printing, and similar advertising boards) within the Sargodha Cantonment limits for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the office of Cantonment Board Sargodha, Club Road, on 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. The successful bidder will be granted the exclusive right to collect these fees from 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027. Items being auctioned: - Rights to collect fees from shop face boards/fascia boards (including electric/neon sign boards, panaflex boards, wall panels/printing, and other advertising boards) within Sargodha Cantonment limits for FY 2026-27 - Approved rates: - Electric/neon sign board: Rs 800 per sqft per month (for all categories) - Panaflex boards: Rs 500 per sqft per month (for all categories) - Wall panels/printing: Rs 150 per sqft per month (for all categories) The reserve price for the auction is set at Rs. 5,000,000. Bidders must deposit earnest money in the form of a call deposit or pay order from any scheduled bank in favor of Cantonment Executive Officer Sargodha, along with a copy of their CNIC. The successful bidder will be required to pay the auctioned amount in 12 equal monthly installments, with the first installment due by 30 June 2027. Failure to pay any installment on time will result in cancellation of the contract and forfeiture of the deposited amount. The bidder must be registered with FBR and will be responsible for all applicable taxes, including withholding tax. Only those with at least three years of experience in similar government contracts are eligible to participate. The auction will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to carefully review all terms and conditions, as non-compliance may result in disqualification. A practical tip: Ensure your earnest money and supporting documents are complete and submitted well before the auction date to avoid last-minute issues, as incomplete submissions will not be entertained.
