AUCTION: Shop Lease at Gulshan-e-Jinnah Complex Islamabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Estate Office Government of Pakistan under the Ministry of Housing & Works invites interested parties to participate in an open auction for leasing a shop located at Gulshan-e-Jinnah Complex, Islamabad. The lease is initially for a period of three years on a monthly rent basis, supervised by the auction committee at the Estate Office. The auction will be held on 31-08-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Estate Office, 9th floor, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, Islamabad. Items being auctioned: - Shop for the purpose of laundry measuring 10.2 feet width, 15.6 feet length, front 4 feet - Number of shops: 1 - Official bid rate/monthly rent: Rs. 39,000 Participants must submit a Bank Draft or Pay Order of Rs. 78,000 as token money in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Estate Office. This amount is refundable to unsuccessful bidders and adjustable for successful bidders. Employees or contractors of the Estate Office are not eligible to participate. Bidders must submit a copy of their CNIC to the auction committee. Bidding documents must be delivered before 11:00 AM on 31-08-2026. Late bids will not be entertained. The successful bidder shall pay advance rent for one year within 10 days and three months settled rent as security after approval. Terms of lease agreement will be strictly enforced. Bidding documents and detailed terms can be obtained from the Assistant Comptroller's office during office hours 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM upon payment of Rs. 1000 (non-refundable).
