Auction of Shops and Flats at Horizon Plaza Phase-1, Bara Road Peshawar Cantt

The Military Lands and Cantonments Department, Cantonment Board Peshawar, is conducting an auction for shops and flats at Horizon Plaza Phase-1 located on Bara Road, Peshawar Cantt. This auction is aimed at business individuals, traders, and interested parties to participate in leasing commercial units in a modern plaza situated in a busy commercial area of Peshawar. Items being procured: - 21 Shops with covered areas ranging from 182.83 to 520.55 SqFt - 10 Flats with covered areas ranging from 227.32 to 1652.00 SqFt The commercial plaza consists of three floors: Basement, Ground Floor, and 1st Floor. The basement offers parking space for 30 vehicles. The ground floor includes 21 shops, each with a fixed refundable security deposit and monthly rent specified. The first floor consists of 10 flats, each detailed with room counts including bedrooms, TV lounges, kitchens, and bathrooms, along with their respective refundable security and monthly rent. The auction will be held on 17 August 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cantonment Board Office, Captain Abdul Jalil Road, Peshawar Cantt. In case of unsuccessful bidding, re-auctions are scheduled for 18 and 19 August 2026. The initial tenancy agreement term is 10 years, extendable for another 20 years subject to approval. Bidders must deposit the call deposit amount as per the shop/flat they intend to bid for, along with NTN registration and CNIC copies. Eligibility requires compliance with auction terms including timely deposit of refundable security, monthly rent, and adherence to tenancy agreement conditions.
