AUCTION: Lease Rights of Two Shops at General Bus Stand Chiniot

Municipal Committee Chiniot is inviting bids for the open auction of lease rights for two shops located at the General Bus Stand Chiniot for a period of five years. The successful bidder will be required to pay an additional 10 percent annual increase in rent each year. Items being auctioned: - Shop (previously used as a tea stall), size 10'x9', located at General Bus Stand Chiniot, reserve price PKR 25,000 per annum, earnest money PKR 100,000 - Room (used as a luggage warehouse), size 35'x12', located at General Bus Stand Chiniot, reserve price PKR 35,000 per annum, earnest money PKR 100,000 The auction will be conducted in the presence of the auction committee, and the successful bidder must deposit 15 percent of the total bid amount on the spot as earnest money. The remaining amount, along with all applicable taxes and charges, must be paid as per the terms set by the Municipal Committee. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and a copy for verification. The shops will be leased strictly for the specified commercial purposes, and subletting or use for any other activity is strictly prohibited. The Municipal Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
