AUCTION: Lease Rights of Shops and Parking Stand District Council Chakwal 2026-2027

The auction will be held at the District Council office, Chakwal, on 21-09-2026 at 2:00 PM. Items being auctioned: - Shop No. B-05 (District Council Chakwal, 10-year lease, annual reserve price Rs. 120,000, lease since 2018) - Shop No. B-11 (District Council Chakwal, annual reserve price Rs. 70,000) - Shop No. T-1 (annual reserve price Rs. 50,000) - Shop No. T-4 (annual reserve price Rs. 50,000) - Shop No. T-6 (annual reserve price Rs. 60,000) - Shop (old record room, annual reserve price Rs. 30,000) - Parking Stand (District Council Chakwal, annual reserve price Rs. 388,800, lease period 01/10/2026 to 30/06/2027) The technical scope includes the lease of commercial shops and the main parking stand, with each lot having a specified annual reserve price. The successful bidder will be required to pay 10% earnest money of the annual reserve price at the time of auction. The lease period for the parking stand is from 1st October 2026 to 30th June 2027, while the shops are offered on an annual or specified term basis as mentioned. Eligible bidders must bring original CNIC and proof of financial capability. All participants must be present in person at the auction venue. The highest bid above the reserve price will be considered, subject to approval by the competent authority.
