Each property/lot has a specified base rent and terms for lease. The auction will be held on the respective dates, and interested bidders must submit earnest money as per the requirements. The properties are offered on a lease basis, and subletting is not allowed without prior approval. The successful bidder will be required to pay the lease amount and fulfill all legal and administrative requirements as per TMA rules.
