Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Tehsil Council Kot Adu is inviting sealed bids for the public auction of lease rights for various shops located at Court Road, Kot Adu. The auction will be held on 16 November 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Tehsil Council office. This opportunity is open for interested parties to acquire annual lease rights for a period of one year, with the possibility of renewal as per council policy. The auction is being conducted under the Punjab Local Government Act 2019 and relevant rules.
Items being auctioned:
- 2 shops (Nos. 17, 18), reserve price: PKR 30,000, earnest money: PKR 11,979
- 2 shops (Nos. 11), reserve price: PKR 50,000, earnest money: PKR 19,965
- 2 shops (Nos. 7, 9), reserve price: PKR 30,000, earnest money: PKR 13,310
- 12 shops (Nos. 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16), reserve price: PKR 10,000, earnest money: PKR 6,655
- 2 shops (Nos. 13, 5), reserve price: PKR 15,000, earnest money: PKR 13,310
- 3 shops (Nos. 19, 21, 24), reserve price: PKR 15,000, earnest money: PKR 7,986
- 1 shop (No. 1), reserve price: PKR 10,000, earnest money: PKR 6,655
The technical scope includes annual lease rights for commercial shops situated at a prime location on Court Road, suitable for various retail and business activities. Bidders must deposit earnest money as specified for each lot in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of Tehsil Council Kot Adu. Only those on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR are eligible to participate. The successful bidder will be required to pay 10% of the bid amount immediately and the remaining within the stipulated period. All terms and conditions are available at the office of the Administrator.
Bids must be submitted in person at the Tehsil Council office by the auction date and time. For best results, bidders should visit the site beforehand to assess shop locations and current occupancy status.
