Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Tehsil Municipal Committee Shorkot invites sealed bids for the auction of lease rights for various parking stands and cattle markets for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted at the office of the Secretary, Market Committee Shorkot, on 27 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the following properties:
- General Bus Stand Parking Stand Lease Rights, Shorkot (Reserve Price: Rs. 5,000,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 500,000, Auction Fee: Rs. 30,000)
- General Bus Stand Cattle Market Lease Rights, Shorkot (Reserve Price: Rs. 5,000,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 500,000, Auction Fee: Rs. 30,000)
- Cattle Market Lease Rights, Shorkot (Reserve Price: Rs. 450,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 45,000, Auction Fee: Rs. 30,000)
- Fruit Market Parking Stand Lease Rights, Shorkot (Reserve Price: Rs. 400,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 40,000, Auction Fee: Rs. 30,000)
Each lot requires a 10 percent earnest money deposit in the form of a pay order or CDR at the time of bidding. The successful bidder must deposit the full amount within the stipulated period as per the auction terms. The lease period will be for one year, starting from 30 August 2026 to 27 August 2027. Only those bidders who are not defaulters of the committee and have fulfilled all previous obligations will be eligible to participate. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and proof of deposit for earnest money on the day of the auction.
The auction will be held in the presence of the committee, and the highest bid will be considered for approval. In case of any dispute, the decision of the committee will be final.
