AUCTION: Sialkot Municipal Corporation Parking Sites and Car Parking Stand Lease Rights 2026-2027

Municipal Corporation Sialkot invites open public auction bids for the lease rights of various parking sites and car parking stands for the period from October 2026 to June 30, 2027 (Fiscal Year 2026-2027). The auction will be held at the office of the Municipal Corporation Sialkot on 30-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this competitive bidding process to secure the rights to operate and collect parking fees at the designated sites for the specified period. Items being auctioned: - Parking Stand License (Faisal Market, Ch. Alam Din Road, Allama Iqbal Road, Sialkot): Reserve Price Rs. 4,19,782 for 9 months, Earnest Money Rs. 47,000, Monthly License Fee Rs. 30,000 - Car Parking Stand (General Bus Stand, Circular Road, Sialkot): Reserve Price Rs. 4,19,500 for 9 months, Earnest Money Rs. 42,000, Monthly License Fee Rs. 30,000 - Motorcycle Parking Stand (General Bus Stand, Circular Road, Sialkot): Reserve Price Rs. 4,72,000 for 9 months, Earnest Money Rs. 47,200, Monthly License Fee Rs. 20,000 - Additional Parking Stands: Monthly License Fee Rs. 30,000 (per site) The technical scope includes the management and operation of parking facilities, collection of parking fees, and maintenance of order at the sites. Bidders must comply with Punjab Local Government Act 2016 and relevant municipal regulations. Only valid CNIC holders and those with no outstanding dues to the Municipal Corporation Sialkot are eligible. Earnest Money (CDR/Pay Order) is required as per the reserve price for each lot. Successful bidders must deposit 40% of the bid amount on the spot, with the remaining 60% payable within the stipulated time. FBR registration and tax compliance are mandatory. Bids must be submitted in person at the Municipal Corporation Sialkot office before the auction date. The auction committee will oversee the process, and the highest bidder for each lot will be awarded the lease rights after verification of documents and payment of required amounts.
