The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) invites sealed tenders/quotations from registered firms, companies, oil marketing companies (OMCs), and individuals for leasing two properties at PAF Base Faisal, Karachi. The properties offered for lease include a Petrol Pump/CNG Station and agricultural land. The Petrol Pump/CNG Station is located at area 44.07 Marla (1333 Sq. Yds) near McDonald's Restaurant at Shahra-e-Faisal, PAF Base Faisal, Karachi, categorized under 'A' Activity. The minimum recommended rent for this property is Rs. 97,000 per Marla, and any offer below this amount will be rejected. Additionally, agricultural land measuring 110 acres located at No 701 RR Flt, PAF Talhar, categorized under 'C' Activity, is also available for lease. Security deposit equivalent to 3 to 6 months' rent must be deposited at the time of signing the contract. The last date for submission of tenders is 05 October 2026 at 1100 hours, with opening scheduled on the same day at 1130 hours. Late submissions will not be entertained and will be treated as cancelled.
