AUCTION: Standing Sugarcane Crop at Farm No. 42, Block 16, UAF

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The University of Agriculture Faisalabad is conducting an open auction for the standing sugarcane crop located at Farm No. 42, Block 16. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction, which will be held on 30 October 2026 at 10:00 AM at the specified farm site in Faisalabad. This is an excellent opportunity for bidders to acquire the rights to harvest and collect the sugarcane crop for the current season. Items being auctioned: - Standing sugarcane crop at Farm No. 42, Block 16, University of Agriculture Faisalabad The auction will be conducted in accordance with the university's terms and conditions. Participants must deposit earnest money of Rs. 100,000 (payable in cash or via pay order) to qualify for bidding. Additionally, a non-refundable participation fee of Rs. 500 is required, which must be deposited in Account No. 11-9 NBP UAF. Both filers and non-filers are eligible to participate, but non-filers will be subject to additional tax deductions as per government rules. The successful bidder will be required to pay one-third of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount due within the stipulated period. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the earnest money and cancellation of the award. All interested bidders are advised to visit the site prior to the auction date to inspect the crop and assess its condition. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms, provided they are not blacklisted or involved in litigation with the university. The auction committee's decision will be final and binding.
