AUCTION: Sugarcane Transportation Contracts for JDW Sugar Mills Rahim Yar Khan and Ghotki

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. JDW Sugar Mills Limited is inviting sealed bids from experienced transporters for the auction of sugarcane transportation contracts for the upcoming crushing season at its Rahim Yar Khan (Punjab) and Ghotki (Sindh) units. The contracts cover the movement of sugarcane from various purchase centers to the mills. This opportunity is open to all eligible transporters who can provide reliable and timely logistics services for the mill's operational needs. Items being auctioned: - Lot 1: Transportation contract for 42-wheelers (trailers) for sugarcane haulage - Lot 2: Transportation contract for 15-wheelers (trucks) for sugarcane haulage - Lot 3: Auction of miscellaneous transport lots as per mill requirements Interested parties can obtain the auction documents and participate in the bidding process by visiting the mill's administration office between 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM. The auction documents are available for a non-refundable fee of PKR 100 per form, payable in cash. The auction will be conducted at the following locations: JDW Sugar Mills Limited (Unit I), Jamal Din Wali, Sadiqabad, Rahim Yar Khan (Ph: 068-5672161-3); JDW Sugar Mills Limited (Unit III), Ghotki, Sindh (Ph: 0723-662050-51); and the Lahore office (Ph: 042-36664891-92, 36602573-74). All transporters must bring their original CNIC and relevant documents for verification. The last date for submission of bids is 30-09-2026. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the designated office. The management reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Successful bidders will be notified after approval by the competent authority.
