AUCTION: Surplus Vehicles by Mari Energies Limited Islamabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Mari Energies Limited invites interested parties and individuals to participate in the auction of surplus vehicles registered in Islamabad, available at the Islamabad Head Office. This auction provides a valuable opportunity for bidders to acquire well-maintained vehicles from a reputable energy company based in Islamabad. Items being auctioned: - Toyota Land Cruiser V8 (2012) - Toyota Corolla Altis Grande (2015) - Suzuki Bolan (2015) - Suzuki Ravi Pickup (2015) - Toyota HiAce (2015) - 2 units - Toyota HiLux Single Cabin (2012) The vehicles are offered on an 'AS IS, WHERE IS' basis, meaning no warranty of serviceability is provided. Interested bidders can inspect the vehicles from 0900 to 1530 hours between 26 Oct 2026 and 30 Oct 2026. To participate, bidders must deposit 10% earnest money via Banker's Cheque individually for each vehicle, favoring Mari Energies Limited. Cheques will not be accepted. Sealed bids with Banker's Cheque including applicable taxes must be submitted at the Tender Box located at Mari Energies Limited Head Office Islamabad by 2 Nov 2026 at 1600 hours. The successful bidder will be required to deposit the full amount via bank draft and complete the transfer of ownership before taking possession. Failure to make payment within the prescribed time will result in forfeiture of the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). Mari Energies Limited reserves the right to cancel or forego the auction process at any time without prior notice.
