AUCTION: Surplus Vehicles at Mari Energies Limited Pipri Warehouse Karachi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Mari Energies Limited invites interested parties and individuals to participate in the auction of surplus vehicles available at Mari Energies Limited Pipri Warehouse located at Plot# 362, Deh Joreji, Pipri near Bin Qasim, Karachi. The auction includes the following vehicles: - Toyota Hilux Double Cabin (Reg # G-1892), 2010 - Toyota Vigo Champ Double Cabin (Reg # CU-7951), 2014 - Toyota Hiace Commuter Van (Reg # JF-5501), 2011 - Toyota Hiace Commuter Van (Reg # JF-5621), 2013 - Toyota Hiace High Roof Van (Reg # JF-6492), 2014 - Honda City Prosmatic Aspire (Reg # BEL-596), 2015 - Suzuki Swift DLX (Reg # BHA-186), 2016 - Suzuki Bolan (Reg # CW-3066), 2016 - Honda Motorcycle CD-70 (Reg # KJM-9525), 2016 - Honda Motorcycle CD-70 (Reg # KJM-9527), 2016 The vehicles are offered on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis with no warranty of serviceability. Interested parties can inspect the vehicles from 0900 to 1530 hours between 31st August and 4th September 2026 at the Pipri Warehouse. A 10% earnest money deposit in the form of a Banker's Cheque favoring Mari Energies Limited is required individually for each vehicle. Sealed bids with Banker's Cheque including applicable taxes must be submitted by 09 September 2026 at the Tender Box placed at Mari House (D-87, Block 4, Clifton, Karachi). The successful bidder must deposit the full amount via Banker's Cheque and complete the transfer of ownership before taking possession. Failure to pay within the prescribed time will result in forfeiture of the earnest money deposit. Mari Energies Limited reserves the right to cancel or forego the auction process at any time without prior notice. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect vehicles during the inspection period and ensure timely submission of bids with proper earnest money to avoid disqualification.
