Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Shaheenabad Airport Karachi is conducting an open auction for the sale of two Suzuki Bolan vehicles. The details of the vehicles are as follows:
- Suzuki Bolan, Model 2010, Registration Number CT-3469
- Suzuki Bolan, Model 2011, Registration Number CT-5339
Both vehicles are available for inspection at the airport premises. Interested parties may visit and inspect the vehicles between 14-09-2026 and 18-09-2026 during office hours. The auction will be conducted on an as-is-where-is basis, and the highest bidder will be awarded the vehicle after fulfilling all requirements.
A pay order or demand draft equivalent to 25 percent of the offered price must be deposited as earnest money at the time of the auction. The successful bidder must pay the remaining amount within five days of the auction. If the successful bidder fails to deposit the remaining amount within the stipulated time, the earnest money will be forfeited, and the next highest bidder may be considered. All applicable taxes and transfer charges will be the responsibility of the successful bidder.
Bidders are advised to bring their original CNIC and a copy for registration before participating in the auction. For a better chance of success, inspect the vehicles thoroughly and verify all documents before bidding. The auction committee's decision will be final and binding.
