AUCTION: Talaqi Zewar Branch Furniture and Fixtures

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. U Microfinance Bank Limited is conducting an open auction for the disposal of furniture and fixtures from its Talaqi Zewar branch. The auction is open to all interested parties who wish to acquire these items. The auction will take place at the branch premises, and all items will be sold as-is, where-is. Items being auctioned: - Branch furniture (tables, chairs, counters, cabinets, etc.) - Fixtures and fittings (as installed in the branch) All items are available for inspection prior to the auction date. The auction will be held on 24 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Talaqi Zewar branch. Interested bidders are required to bring their original CNIC for registration. The successful bidders must deposit the full payment immediately after the auction. No item will be handed over without full payment. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. For bidders, it is advisable to inspect the items in person before the auction day to assess their condition and value. This will help you make an informed bid and avoid surprises. Remember to bring sufficient funds and your identification documents on the auction day.
