Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Tehsil Municipal Administration Tank invites bids for the third round of E-Auction for lease rights of various municipal assets and revenue points for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted online through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Local Government e-Auction portal. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this transparent process to secure lucrative municipal contracts in Tank.
Items being auctioned:
- TMA Tank Car Parking (Reserve Price: Rs.1,92,541/-)
- Sanitation/General Bus Stand Fee Collection (Reserve Price: Rs.45,650/-)
- Sanitation/General Bus Stand Shops (Reserve Price: Rs.68,576/-)
- Teh Bazari (Reserve Price: Rs.73,333/-)
- General Bus Stand (Reserve Price: Rs.4,49,500/-)
- Biryani Mandi (Reserve Price: Rs.27,729/-)
Each lot represents a separate revenue stream, and bidders may participate for one or more lots as per their business interest. The technical scope includes collection rights, management of parking and bus stand facilities, and operation of municipal shops and markets. The lease period is for the full financial year 2026-27, with possession and operations commencing from 1st July 2026.
Eligibility requires submission of earnest money (CDR) equal to 10% of the reserve price for each lot, valid CNIC, and compliance with all terms and conditions outlined in the auction notice. Bidders must be registered on the e-Auction portal (cfmis.lgkp.gov.pk) and submit their bids online. The auction will be held on 24th, 25th, and 26th June 2026 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily. The deadline for final bid submission is **30th June 2026, 23:59:59**.
