AUCTION: Annual Collection Rights of Teh Bazari Fee Khushab for Financial Year 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Khushab invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for the annual collection rights of Teh Bazari Fee for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the office of the Municipal Committee Khushab on 01-11-2026 at 12:00 PM. This is an excellent opportunity for bidders to secure the rights to collect Teh Bazari Fee from the designated areas within Khushab for the entire financial year. Items being auctioned: - Annual collection rights of Teh Bazari Fee, Municipal Committee Khushab, for the period 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027 Reserve price: Rs. 18,96,000 Earnest money (10%): Rs. 1,89,600 The successful bidder will be responsible for collecting the Teh Bazari Fee as per the terms and conditions set by the Municipal Committee. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the relevant committee and all interested parties are encouraged to attend in person. Bidders must deposit 10% of the reserve price as earnest money in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) or pay order in favor of the Municipal Committee Khushab before participating in the auction. The remaining amount must be paid as per the schedule outlined in the auction terms. Eligibility requires that participants are not defaulters of the Municipal Committee and must present valid CNIC at the time of auction. The successful bidder will be bound to comply with all rules and regulations regarding fee collection and will be responsible for any violations.
