NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Fauji Foundation Head Office (FFHO) Rawalpindi is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of 68 thekedari dukanat (contractor shops) located in Rawalpindi Cantt for the year 2026. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction process, which will be conducted as per the schedule and terms outlined in the notice. The auction will be held on 28 September 2026 at 12:00 PM at the FFHO premises, and all prospective bidders must register themselves by 21 September 2026 between 09:00 and 16:00 hours. Items being auctioned:
- 68 contractor shops (thekedari dukanat) in Rawalpindi Cantt for lease rights for the year 2026
The shops are being offered on a probationary basis, and the successful bidders will be required to comply with all terms and conditions set by FFHO. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and a pay order for earnest money as specified in the auction terms. Only those who have registered within the stipulated period will be allowed to participate in the auction. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
