AUCTION: Tuck Shop, Main Canteen, Cafeteria and Parking Services at THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa for FY 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa invites interested bidders for the auction of tuck shop, main canteen, cafeteria, and parking services for the financial year 2026-27. This auction is specifically for the provision and management of these services at the hospital premises in Lalamusa, Punjab. Items/Lots being auctioned: - Canteen Tuck Shop with reserved price Rs: 300000/- and earnest money Rs: 50000/- - Parking Services with reserved price Rs: 350000/- and earnest money Rs: 50000/- The contract period will commence upon signing and expire on 30th June 2027. The contractor is required to pay the amount on a quarterly basis, with the first payment due within two weeks of issuance of the contract letter. A 5% per day fine will be charged for delays, and non-payment will lead to immediate cancellation. The contractor must comply with all applicable taxes imposed by the Government of Punjab. The contractor must ensure all food and beverage items served comply with Punjab Food Authority standards and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the canteen and surrounding area. Police verification and medical fitness certificates for all canteen staff are mandatory. The contractor is responsible for disposal of all canteen waste at designated places. Eligibility criteria include submission of CDR, tender receipt, original CNIC, and active NTN/STRN registration. Defaulters or those without required documents will not be allowed to participate. The hospital administration reserves the right to reject offers before contract date as per PPRA rules. Key dates: Last date for buying and submitting tender is 19th August 2026 by 10:30 AM. Auction date and time is 20th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidding documents must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent office at THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa.
