AUCTION: Unclaimed Vehicles Disposal by District & Sessions Court Sukkur

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The District & Sessions Court Sukkur invites interested bidders to participate in an open auction for the disposal of unclaimed vehicles as scrap. These vehicles are parked within the premises of the District & Sessions Court Complex, Sukkur, and will be sold on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. The auction will be held on 07.11.2026 at 11:30 a.m. in the Library/Conference Hall within the Court Complex. Items being auctioned: - Bus RPT-1676-1110 (Qty: 1) with a reserved price of Rs. 3,100,000 - Truck C-3057 Bedford (Qty: 1) - Truck C-1043 Bedford (Qty: 1) - Truck C-14A-189 Bedford (Qty: 1) - Car 6821 (Qty: 1) - Car L-6548 (Qty: 1) - Car RIP-3350 (Qty: 1) with a reserved price of Rs. 1,250,000 - Car RIF-909 (Qty: 1) - Land Cruiser Two Door 3872 (Qty: 1) - One Yellow Cap Taxi PL-9618 (Qty: 1) - Hiace White Color Nil (without number plate) (Qty: 1) - One Mini Jeep Nil (without number plate) (Qty: 1) with a reserved price of Rs. 1,450,000 - Oil Tanker C-1773 (Only back side portion) (Qty: 1) - Rikshaw 4-Stroke CNG-00CC (Qty: 1) The vehicles will be sold strictly as scrap on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. Bidders must submit bids lot-wise as a whole for the lots mentioned; separate bids for individual vehicles within a lot will not be accepted. Bidding increments must be at least Rs. 20,000. The successful bidder must deposit a refundable bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of the District & Sessions Judge, Sukkur, before the auction date. All participants must produce their original CNIC and submit an attested photocopy. The successful bidder will be responsible for all expenses related to cutting, dismantling, loading, transportation, and removal of the vehicles. The vehicles must be removed within seven days of depositing the remaining bid amount.
