AUCTION: General Auction of Unserviceable Articles and Disposal of Fallen Trees by Punjab Institute of Mental Health Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Punjab Institute of Mental Health Lahore invites bids for the general auction of unserviceable and condemned articles as well as the disposal of fallen trees. The auction includes the following items: - General auction of unserviceable / condemned articles with a bid security of Rs. 300,000 in CDR or cash - Auction for disposal of fallen trees with a bid security of Rs. 50,000 in CDR or cash Bidders are required to submit e-Bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement portal at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. A 1% bid security of the estimated cost of articles/items is mandatory. The e-Bids must be submitted by the stipulated deadline and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Late submissions or failure to submit bid security in person will result in rejection. Hard copies of e-Bids are not required. The procuring agency is not responsible for any technical errors or internet failures during submission. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab e-Procurement portal https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. The Punjab Institute of Mental Health Lahore will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in connection with bid preparation or submission. If the opening day is a holiday, the next day will be treated as the opening day. Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through the online portal to avoid disqualification.
