AUCTION: Auctioneering Agreement for Unserviceable QMG's Furniture at Peshawar Cantt

Garrison Headquarters Peshawar Cantonment invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for the Auctioneering Agreement for unserviceable QMG's Furniture at Peshawar Cantt for the financial year 2025/26 & 2026/27. This opportunity is open to well-reputed contractors and firms listed on the approved list of GHQ QMG's Furniture Organization. Items involved in the auction include unserviceable furniture under the custody of QMG's Furniture Organization. Contractors or firms must possess a valid auctioneering license and be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue as active taxpayers. A refundable security deposit must be furnished within 10 days after acceptance of the tender. Specific security deposit percentages apply depending on the contractor's status and contract value. Applications must be submitted by 23rd October 2026 to obtain tender documents. Only scrutinized firms with sufficient experience in auctioning furniture articles will be issued tenders. Completed tenders must be received by 1130 hours on 23rd October 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day. Interested parties may contact Garrison Headquarters Peshawar from 0900 to 1500 hours on working days for further details. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender. Contractors may attend the tender opening if they wish. Bidders are advised to ensure their auctioneering license and tax registrations are current and to prepare the required security deposit promptly to avoid disqualification.
