AUCTION: Various Unserviceable, Old, Scrap Items and Waste Material at Women University, Swabi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Women University, Swabi invites sealed bids for the auction of various unserviceable, old, scrap items and waste material on an AS-IS WHERE-IS, CLEAN-UP and ALL MUST GO basis. The auction is open to individuals, firms, and contractors registered with tax authorities (Sales Tax and Income Tax) and listed as active taxpayers with the FBR. The auction is divided into three lots: Lot-A, Lot-B, and Lot-C. Bidders may apply for any or all lots but must quote rates for all items in each lot to avoid rejection. Items being auctioned include various unserviceable, old, scrap items and waste materials located at the Women University, Swabi Main Campus, Kotha. Interested parties may inspect the items on any working day from 08:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. until August 31, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes along with 5% bid security in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable to Women University, Swabi. The auction documents can be downloaded from www.wus.edu.pk or obtained from the Procurement Officer's office at Women University, Swabi, Topi Road, Main Campus, Kotha, District Swabi, upon payment of Rs. 2,000 as tender fee. The successful bidder will pay all applicable taxes and must deposit 1/4th of the bid amount immediately after approval, with the remaining amount due within three calendar days. Failure to deposit the full amount will result in forfeiture of the bid security. The auction committee will open bids on August 31, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. in the Committee Room of Women University, Swabi. The successful bidder must clear the site within seven days and clean the ground where the material was placed. Women University, Swabi reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules. A practical tip for bidders: Carefully inspect all items before bidding and ensure your bid covers all items in the chosen lot to avoid disqualification. Also, prepare the required bid security and payment instruments in advance to meet the strict submission deadline.
