AUCTION: Used Kitchen Gas Cylinder and Gas Meter Scrap at Plot A-34, Korangi, Karachi

Pakistan Marine Academy, Karachi, is conducting an open auction for the disposal of used kitchen gas cylinders and gas meters as scrap. The auction will be held at Plot No. A-34, Korangi Road, Karachi, on 15 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are invited to participate in this public auction, which offers an opportunity to acquire scrap items from the Academy's kitchen facilities. Items being auctioned: - Used kitchen gas cylinders (quantity and specifications not specified) - Used gas meters (quantity and specifications not specified) The auction is open to all eligible bidders. To participate, interested individuals or firms must submit a non-refundable registration fee of PKR 2,000 in cash prior to the auction. All participants are required to bring their original CNIC for verification. The successful bidder must deposit 25 percent of the bid amount immediately after the auction as earnest money, with the remaining balance to be paid within the stipulated time frame. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the earnest money and cancellation of the award. The auctioned items are available for inspection at the site prior to the auction date. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the items thoroughly to assess their condition. The auction will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rule 33(1) 2004, and the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
