AUCTION: Disposal of Unserviceable Tyres and Tubes at District Accounts Office Khuzdar

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. District Accounts Office Khuzdar is conducting a public auction for the disposal of unserviceable tyres and tubes. This auction is open to all interested parties holding a valid National Tax Number (NTN). The auction will take place at the District Accounts Office Khuzdar, providing an opportunity for bidders to acquire various lots of used tyres and tubes that are no longer serviceable for official use. Items being auctioned: - Tyres: 195/65 R15, 175/65 R15, 128/124/1, 265/65 R17, 205/60 R16, 265/60 R18, 285/50 R18 - Tubes: Sizes 200, 130, 110, 100, 85, 60, 50 All items are being sold on an as-is-where-is basis. The auction lots include a variety of tyre sizes suitable for different vehicle categories, as well as tubes in multiple sizes. Interested bidders are encouraged to inspect the items prior to the auction date to assess their condition and suitability for their needs. To participate, bidders must deposit a non-refundable fee of PKR 1000 for the auction form. The successful bidder will be required to pay the full bid amount immediately after the auction, along with any applicable taxes. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and NTN certificate for registration. The auction will be held on 28 October 2026 at 11:30 AM at the District Accounts Office Khuzdar. Late arrivals or incomplete documentation will not be entertained. A practical tip: Arrive early on the auction day to complete registration and inspect the lots thoroughly, as competition for certain tyre sizes may be high and prompt decision-making can give you an edge.
