AUCTION: Used Batteries by Punjab Masstransit Authority

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Punjab Masstransit Authority (PMA) Lahore invites interested individuals, firms, and companies to participate in an auction for used batteries through its digital business portal E-LET. The auction is designed to be transparent, secure, and convenient with features such as verified online registration, 24/7 access to auction particulars, digital payment and bid submission, automated bid validation, and complete time-stamped audit trails. Items being auctioned: - Used Batteries (Quantity: 1358 units) with a reserve price of PKR 325 per kg. The auction process requires a one-time non-refundable registration fee of PKR 5,000 payable on the E-LET platform. A refundable bid security of PKR 70,000 must be submitted through the platform as part of the bidding process. Bids must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on 4th September 2026. If the closing date falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered the closing date. PMA reserves the right to cancel the auction at any time before bid acceptance.
