NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Human Development Foundation (HDF) is conducting an open auction for the sale of used vehicles at its Islamabad Head Office. This auction presents an opportunity for interested buyers to acquire a range of vehicles on an as-is, where-is basis. The auction will be held at the HDF Head Office, Islamabad, and all vehicles can be inspected prior to the auction date. Items being auctioned: - Glory-DFSK (2021, Registration: ED-047) - Prince-DFSK (2021, Registration: AVK-695) - Prince-DFSK (2021, Registration: AVK-697) - Suzuki Bolan (2012, Registration: LES-7827) - Suzuki Bolan (2011, Registration: VT-327) - Suzuki Bolan (2011, Registration: RNQ-3917) - Suzuki Bolan (2011, Registration: LWC-9555) - Suzuki Bolan (2011, Registration: KM-7112) - Suzuki Bolan (2011, Registration: ORD-2247) - Suzuki Bolan (2011, Registration: KM-7115) - Suzuki Bolan (2011, Registration: CP-0161) - Suzuki Ravi (1988, Registration: CP-0161) All vehicles are being sold in their current condition. Interested bidders must submit a refundable earnest money deposit of PKR 50,000 per vehicle in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favor of HDF. Bidders are required to submit sealed bids along with a copy of their CNIC and the earnest money. The deadline for submission of bids is 3:00 PM on 3rd November 2026 at the HDF Head Office, Islamabad. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Only individuals with valid CNICs are eligible to participate. Successful bidders must deposit the full payment within the stipulated time after the auction. Vehicles must be transferred in the name of the successful bidder within 15 days of payment.
