AUCTION: Vehicle Scrap Material at National Bank Stadium Karachi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites bids for the auction of vehicle scrap material located at the National Bank Stadium Karachi. Interested parties must submit their financial bids through the EPADS online portal (https://epads.gov.pk) referencing tender number D10975 before 11:00 A.M. PST on 8th October 2026. The bids will be opened for evaluation at 11:30 A.M. PST on the same day via EPADS. Items being auctioned include vehicle scrap material from PCB premises. The auction will be conducted on an 'AS IT IS AND WHERE IT IS' basis. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a CDR amounting to Rs. 50,000 in favor of Pakistan Cricket Board, refundable or adjustable after the disposal process. Taxes will be applied as per prevailing law at the time of payment. A non-blacklisting affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper of 100 Pak Rupees is required. The auction material can be inspected Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. The successful bidder will be responsible for lifting the scrap from PCB-designated locations within one week of award letter receipt and must provide signed documentation upon collection. The bidder must appoint a focal person to supervise the collection process. All transportation, supervision, weighing, labor, and other costs related to lifting scrap from National Bank Stadium Karachi will be borne by the successful bidder. If the bidder withdraws, the security deposit will be forfeited in favor of PCB. The winning bidder must submit all amounts in advance. The auction will be awarded based on the highest total value for all items. Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions and ensure timely submission through EPADS.
