AUCTION: Various Vehicles Including Hino Trucks and Toyota Hilux (2013, 2008 Models)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Tobacco Board (PTB) is conducting an open auction for the disposal of various vehicles at its office in Peshawar. Interested parties are invited to participate in the sealed-bid auction process for the following vehicles: - Hino Truck (Model 2013) - Hino Truck (Model 2013) - Toyota Hilux (Model 2008) - Toyota Hilux (Model 2013) - Toyota Hilux (Model 2008) All vehicles are being auctioned on an as-is-where-is basis. The vehicles can be inspected at the PTB office in Peshawar during working hours up to 28 October 2026 at 3:00 pm. Each bidder must submit a copy of their CNIC along with the bid. Earnest Money of Rs. 100,000 per vehicle must be deposited via pay order or bank draft in favor of Pakistan Tobacco Board. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 1 November 2026 at 4:00 pm. The auction will be conducted through a sealed-bid process, and successful bidders will be required to pay the full amount within the stipulated time after acceptance of their bid.
