AUCTION: Vacant Vending Stalls and Commercial Facilities at Various Railway Stations in Sukkur Division

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Railways Divisional Office Sukkur invites applications from already qualified contractors for participation in an Open Public Auction of vacant vending stalls and other commercial facilities situated at various Railway Stations over Sukkur Division. This includes the addition of a few fresh proposed commercial facilities. The auction will be held at 10:00 hours on the dates mentioned against each station. Items being auctioned: - Vending stalls and Station Restaurant for Jacobabad - Vending stalls for HBKJ, SHP, BKDK & DMJJ - Vending stalls, tuck shop, car parking-II & mobile charging point-II for Nawabshah - Vending stall & car parking for Mehrabpur - Vending stall & car parking for Shadadpur - Vending stalls, car parking stand & ice contract for Khanpur - Vending stalls for Rahimyarkhan, Sadiqabad, Ghotki - Vending stalls, mobile charging point, vending shops for Rohri The size of each vending stall is 8x7 sq ft. Successful bidders must deposit 30% of the bid amount in advance on the auction day. Pay orders must be submitted in favor of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Sukkur. The fee is Rs. 10,000 for contracts including car/motorcycle stands and Rs. 5,000 for coolie and platform tickets. Auction forms with non-refundable fees of Rs. 1,000 can be obtained from the Commercial Branch DS Office Sukkur after publication of this notice and one day before the auction date. Eligibility requires contractors to be qualified and not declared defaulters by Pakistan Railways or involved in pending government dues or litigation. Participation in the auction does not confer any right unless formal allotment orders and agreements are executed.
