AUCTION: Vending Stalls, Restaurants, Coolie and Car Parking Contracts at Various Pakistan Railways Stations Rawalpindi Division

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi Division invites applications for the allotment of vending stalls, restaurants, coolie contracts, and car parking contracts at various railway stations through an open auction. The stations involved include Rawalpindi, Gujar Khan, Haripur, Havelian, Taxila, Jhelum, Malakwal, Dingha, Sargodha, and Wanbachran. Items being auctioned: - Rawalpindi: 4 stalls (Security Rs. 70,000 each) - Gujar Khan: 1 stall (Security Rs. 10,000) - Haripur: 1 parking stand/open space (Security Rs. 100,000) - Havelian: 1 parking stand/open space (Security Rs. 100,000) - Taxila: 1 restaurant (Security Rs. 100,000) - Jhelum: 3 stalls (Security Rs. 50,000 each) - Malakwal: 2 stalls, 1 restaurant (Security Rs. 25,000 for restaurant, Rs. 50,000 for stalls) - Dingha: 1 stall (Security Rs. 10,000) - Sargodha: 1 stall, 1 restaurant, 1 coolie contract (Security Rs. 100,000 for restaurant, Rs. 10,000 for coolie, Rs. 50,000 for stall) - Wanbachran: 1 stall (Security Rs. 10,000) The contract periods are (3+2) years for stalls and restaurants, (1+1) year for coolie contracts, and one year for car parking. Stalls will be constructed on a new design, and all expenses for establishment will be borne by the successful bidder. Separate CDRs are required as earnest money, with 30% of the fixed benchmark amount deposited before auction and the remaining 30% upon contract award. Unsuccessful bidders will have their CDRs returned. Auction dates are 27 and 28 August 2026 at Rawalpindi. Application forms for Rawalpindi, Gujar Khan, Taxila, Havelian, and Haripur must be submitted one day before the auction, while for other stations forms are available until the auction day.
