Auction of ZTBL Official Vehicle Suzuki Jimny Jeep

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd (ZTBL) invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for the disposal of an official vehicle on an as is where is basis. The vehicle being auctioned is a Suzuki Jimny Jeep. This auction is conducted by the Procurement Department of ZTBL located at the Head Office, Zero Point, Islamabad. Interested bidders including individuals, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, private and public limited companies, state owned enterprises, NGOs, NPOs, and IGOs are eligible to participate provided they are registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and are on the Active Taxpayer List. The disposal follows the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations-2024. Manual bids will not be accepted; all bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0. The deadline for bid submission is Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with online bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders will be automatically notified of preliminary results through the EPADS system, with final results communicated as per the bidding documents. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) notification is also available on the EPADS portal. Bidders are advised to carefully review the auction documents and ensure timely electronic submission to avoid disqualification.
