Procurement of Audio-Visual, Videography, Stage Décor, Branding and Allied Arrangements for 26th Zahid Hussain Memorial Lecture and National Conference on Pakistan Economy 2026

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC) Karachi invites electronic bids from eligible and registered firms for the procurement of comprehensive services covering audio-visual, videography, stage décor, branding and allied arrangements for the 26th Zahid Hussain Memorial Lecture on December 17, 2026, and the National Conference on Pakistan Economy on December 18, 2026. The events will be held at the SBP Auditorium and designated areas within the SBP Complex, Karachi. Items being procured: - SMD Main 20X12 (P3) with HD processor, laptop, operator, laser pointer - SMD Side Panels 5X12 - PA System with 2 Gooseneck Mics, 2 Pair Speakers, 1 headgear, 4 hand held mics - OB Setup with 3 HD Cameras, 1 Vision Mixer, 1 Web Presenter, Live Streaming - Digital Standees - Event Highlights videos - Podium with Branding - Media Walls, Registration Backdrops, Registration Desks, Branding Panels - Entrance Tunnel Gates, Entrance Arches, Double Sided Branding Walls - Ambiance Lights (RGB), Wall Branding and Panelling in Parking Area - Standees, Red Carpet Runners - Fresh Floral Arrangements for Stage, Podium, Tables, Cocktail Tables - Carpet Flooring, Wall Panelling, T-Tower Truss for Lighting - Sofas and Tables for Panel Discussion, Outdoor T-Tower Truss Structure The scope includes supply, fabrication, printing, transportation, installation, testing, operation, maintenance and dismantling of all equipment and branding materials. The contractor must coordinate with SBP BSC, submit designs for approval, ensure all arrangements are ready for dry run by 2:00 PM on December 16, 2026, and maintain operational readiness throughout both event days. Eligibility requires registration with FBR, active taxpayer status, relevant experience with at least three event management assignments of PKR 3 million or above in last three years, local presence in Karachi, and minimum annual turnover of PKR 50 million. Bid security of Rs. 198,900/- is required in the form of Pay Order. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by November 16, 2026, 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder on a turnkey basis covering both event days. The successful bidder must provide all manpower, technical staff, equipment, and backup arrangements to ensure smooth execution. Immediate rectification of any deficiencies identified during dry run or events is mandatory without additional cost.
