Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites qualified and experienced manufacturers and suppliers to submit competitive quotations for the supply, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of one fully automatic, all-electric, servo-driven, double-side (front and back) labeling machine for the filling line at PSO's LMT facility in Karachi. This machine must handle flat, rigid HDPE containers ranging from 0.5 L up to 10 L, ensuring accurate double-sided labeling in a single pass. Items being procured: - One (01) Automatic Double-sided Labeling Machine - Conveyor system with variable speed control, synchronized with labeling heads - Servo-driven labeling heads for front and back labels - Control panel with HMI interface - Standard tooling and changeover parts - Installation, integration, commissioning, and operator/maintenance training - Site Acceptance Test (SAT) support - Operation and maintenance manuals, electrical drawings, and spare-parts catalogue - Standard manufacturer's warranty - Export packaging suitable for transport to Karachi The machine must feature advanced servo-motor systems for precision, full electronic synchronization between conveyor and labeling heads, high-speed stable performance, user-friendly HMI control panel, and quick changeover capability. It must be fully electric with no pneumatic actuation and capable of handling label sizes and container heights as specified. Integration with existing upstream and downstream equipment at LMT is mandatory, including hands-free container transfer and electrical/control system compatibility. Bidders must conduct a mandatory pre-bid site survey to verify site conditions and collect sample containers and label artwork. Eligibility requires proven experience with similar equipment, compliance with technical specifications, and provision of a performance guarantee. The delivery lead time is within 120 days of Purchase Order issuance, with installation and commissioning within 30 days thereafter.
